IT Services Upgrades and Updates September 17 – 20
IT Services will be conducting updates from
5:00pm on Friday, September 17, 2021
until 8:00am on Monday, September 20, 2021.
MyGeorgiaSouthern, Folio, and Google Apps
will not be affected during this downtime.
Affected Services
Statesboro Campus
Newton Building Network: Networking will replacing networking equipment in Newton Building. During the maintenance period, all networking, including WiFi, phones, and other network-related services, will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 6:00pm on Sunday, September 19, until 10:00pm on Sunday, September 19.
College of Computing and Engineering Building (IT Building) and Parker College of Business Building Networks: Networking will update networking equipment in the College of Computing and Engineering Building (IT Building) and Parker College of Business Buildings. During the maintenance period, all networking, including WiFi, phones, and other network-related services, will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 7:30am on Sunday, September 19, until 8:30am on Sunday, September 19.
Armstrong Campus
Compass Point Network: Networking will update networking equipment in the Compass Point Buildings. During the maintenance period, all networking, including WiFi, phones, and other network-related services, will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 7:30am on Sunday, September 19, until 8:30am on Sunday, September 19.
ARC Building Network: Networking will replace networking equipment in the ARC Building. During the maintenance period, all networking, including WiFi, phones, and other network-related services, will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 8:30am on Sunday, September 19, until 10:30am on Sunday, September 19.

EagleXpress and Quadpoint Point of Sale:
University Applications will be performing maintenance on EagleXpress and the Quadpoint Point of Sale systems. During the maintenance period, EagleXpress and the Quadpoint Point of Sale will be unavailable.

6:00am on Sunday, August 29, until 8:00am on Sunday, August 29.
Business Objects:
University Applications will be performing maintenance on Business Objects. During the maintenance period, Business Objects will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 9:00am on Sunday, September 19 until 5:00pm on Sunday, September 19.
Blackboard Analytics: University Applications will be performing maintenance on Blackboard Analytics. During the maintenance period, Blackboard Analytics will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 2:00pm on Sunday, September 19, until 3:00pm on Sunday, September 19.
Pyramid Business Intelligence:
University Applications will be performing maintenance on Pyramid Business Intelligence. During the maintenance period, this service will be unavailable.

ApplicationXtender: University Applications will be performing maintenance on ApplicationXtender. During the maintenance period, this service will be unavailable.
