Voicemail System

The voicemail system used on the three Georgia Southern campuses offers many flexible options to help make sure you have access to your important messages. Keep reading to learn more about the voicemail options available to you.

Getting Started

Each phone extension has a voicemail function associated with it. Your voicemail can be accessed from your phone or from any phone. For detailed instructions on how to access your voicemail, please download our detailed instructions.

Email Notification

In addition to listening to your voicemail messages via phone, you can also receive email notifications when you receive a voicemail message. This notification alerts you when you receive a voicemail message by sending you an email detailing the message sender as well as a recording of the message, which can be forwarded to other recipients if needed.

Your voicemail messages are automatically sent to the email account associated with the phone number assigned to you. If you do not want to receive email notifications, or if you need to make changes to the email account notifications are being sent to, please submit a MyHelp ticket. We’ll be happy to help you with these changes.
