IT Services Upgrades and Updates May 13-16
IT Services will be conducting updates from
5:00pm on Friday, May 13, 2022
until 8:00am on Monday, May 16, 2022.
MyGeorgiaSouthern, Folio, and Google Apps
will not be affected during this maintenance period.

EagleXpress and Quadpoint Point of Sale:
Georgia Southern IT Services Systems will be performing maintenance on EagleXpress and the Quadpoint Point of Sale systems. During the maintenance period, EagleXpress and the Quadpoint Point of Sale will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period:
6:00am on Sunday, May 15, until 8:00am on Sunday, May 15.
Business Objects, Pyramid Business Intelligence, AppXtender:
Georgia Southern IT Services Systems will be performing maintenance on Business Objects, Pyramid Business Intelligence, MyHelp Reporting DB and AppXtender. During the maintenance period, these services will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 9:00am on Sunday, May 15, until 5:00pm on Sunday, May 15.
Armstrong Campus
Networking Equipment Upgrade:
University Networking will be making optical fiber updates at University Hall, Learning Commons and the Science Center. This update will cause intermittent network outages in these buildings.
Maintenance Period: 2:00pm on Saturday, May 14, until 3:00pm on Saturday, May 14.
