IT Services Upgrades and Updates February 26-March 1

IT Services will be conducting updates from
5:00pm on Friday, February 26,
until 8:00am on Monday, March 1
.

MyGeorgiaSouthern, Folio, and Google Apps
will not be affected during this downtime.

Banner and WINGS
The next scheduled update maintenance for Banner and WINGS is Friday, March 5. University System of Georgia IT Services is responsible for scheduling and performing all Banner and WINGS updates.

 

Affected Services

Armstrong Campus

Sports/Rec Center Network: University Networking will be updating equipment that supports network connectivity in the Sports/Rec Center. Network connectivity, including internet services, will not be available during the maintenance period.
       Maintenance Period: 8:30am on Sunday, February 28, until 9:30am on Sunday, February 28.

Annex2 Network: University Networking will be updating equipment that supports network connectivity in Annex2.   Network connectivity, including internet services, will not be available during the maintenance period.
       Maintenance Period: 8:30am on Sunday, February 28, until 9:30am on Sunday, February 28.

Statesboro Campus

Telephone System: University Telecom will be updating software that provides telephone services to the Statesboro campus. Telephone services will not be available during the maintenance period.
       Maintenance Period: 1:00pm on Sunday, February 28, until 2:00pm on Sunday, February 28.

 

All Campuses

Eaglexpress and Quadpoint Point of Sale: University Applications will be performing maintenance on Eaglexpress and the Quadpoint Point of Sale systems. During the maintenance period, Eaglexpress and the Quadpoint Point of Sale will be unavailable.
       Maintenance Period: 6:00am on Sunday, February 28, until 8:00am on Sunday, February 28.

 

Business Objects: University Applications will be performing maintenance on Business Objects. During the maintenance period, Business Objects will be unavailable.
       Maintenance Period: 9:00am on Sunday, February 28, until 5:00pm on Sunday, February 28.

 

Blackboard Analytics: University Applications will be performing maintenance on Blackboard Analytics. During the maintenance period, Blackboard Analytics will be unavailable.
       Maintenance Period: 2:00pm on Sunday, February 28, until 3:00pm on Sunday, February 28.

 

Pyramid Business Intelligence: University Applications will be performing maintenance on Pyramid Business Intelligence. During the maintenance period, this service will be unavailable.
       Maintenance Period: 2:00pm on Sunday, February 28, until 3:00pm on Sunday, February 28.

 

ApplicationXtender: University Applications will be performing maintenance on ApplicationXtender. During the maintenance period, this service will be unavailable.
       Maintenance Period: 3:00pm on Sunday, February 28, until 4:00pm on Sunday, February 28.
