Hours of Operation – December Break

The Center for Academic Technology Support and the Information Technology Help Desk will be observing the December Holidays along with the University Community. Our business hours during the week of December 15 through December 23 will 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.

The office will close on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 5PM and will reopen the week of January 5, 2015.   A Help Desk agent will be on call during this time to assist you with IT issues that are critical for ongoing business operations or production systems that go down during the holiday period.

To get help and support for the stated conditions please contact the on-call agent by:

  • Calling 912-478-5429 and leaving a voice mail message with your name, phone number, email address , Eagle ID and a description of  your issue
  • Emailing helpdesk@georgiasouthern.edu  or cats@georgiasouthern.edu with your phone number, Eagle ID and a description of  your issue
  • Navigating to http://tiny.cc/itsupportform  and opening a support ticket

Issues other than the ones described earlier will be addressed on the next normal business day, which will be Monday, January 5, 2015 at 7:30AM.  Our business hours for the week of January 5 will be 7:30AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.

We will resume our normal business hours on Sunday, January 11, 2015.
