Holiday Hours – July 4th, 2015

In observance of the July 4th holiday, the normal hours of operation for the Center for AcademicTechnology Support will change.

The hours of operation will be:

Friday, July 3 – Closed

Saturday, July 4- Closed

Sunday, July 5 – Open 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Monday, July 6 – Resume normal business hours 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM

An agent will be on call during this time to assist you with IT issues that are critical for ongoing business operations or production systems that go down during the holiday period.

To get help and support for the stated conditions please contact the on-call agent by:

  • Calling 912-478-0882 and leaving a voicemail message with your name, phone number, email address , Eagle ID and a description of your issue
  • Emailing cats@georgiasouthern.edu with your phone number, Eagle ID and a description of your issue
  • Navigating to the CATS Support Form and opening a support ticket
