Holiday Hours

The Center for Academic Technology Support will be observing the Martin Luther King holiday weekend along with the University Community.

The office will close on Friday, January 16 at 5PM and will re-open Monday, January 19 at 4PM.

A Help Desk agent will be on call during this time to assist you with IT issues that are critical for ongoing business operations or production systems that go down during the holiday period.

To get help and support for the stated conditions please contact the on-call agent by:

  • Calling 912-478-5429 and leaving a voice mail message with your name, phone number, email address , Eagle ID and a description of your issue.
  • Emailing cats@georgiasouthern.edu or helpdesk@georgiasouthern.edu with your phone number, Eagle ID and a description of your issue.
  • Navigating to http://tiny.cc/itsupportform and opening a support ticket.

Issues other than the ones described earlier will be addressed on the next normal business day, which will be Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 7:30AM.
