Internet Connectivity Resources
ITS offers many resources to support virtual learning, teaching, and working. In addition to our Virtual Resources, we have begun collecting information regarding internet connectivity resources for those who may not have internet access. When accessing internet resources that are billed as “free” for reduced costs, it is important to keep the following in mind:
- Be Secure. It’s important to remember online safety basics when accessing the internet. Never access sensitive information using public wifi. Learn more about online safety basics >
- Be Aware. Many “free” or trial services can result in automatic subscriptions and fees at the end of the trial period. Pay close attention to the language in agreements prior to signing up to ensure that you do not incur unintended charges.

Campus Walk-Up Locations
Outdoor WiFi coverage is available in the following locations on our campuses:
Armstrong Campus
- Burnett Hall Field (adjacent to Solms Hall and Hawes Hall, and adjacent to the intersection of Burnett Drive and University Drive)
- Fountain area between the Student Union and Compass Point
Liberty Campus
- Seating area at the front of the Liberty Campus building
Statesboro Campus
- Sweetheart Circle (parking spaces directly in front of the Marvin Pittman Building)
- Nessmith-Lane Parking Lot (near mobile unit in front of the PAC)
