Our Team

Organizing Our Resources

A well-defined organizational structure provides direction and structure for all employees within an organization. This structure not only lays out official reporting relationships that regulate the workflow of the organization, but also provides flexibility for changes within the organization while allowing opportunities for growth. In IT Services, this facet of change management is important to the organization as the technology industry is ever-evolving.

As the ITS organizations at Georgia Southern University and Armstrong State University adapt to consolidation, defining our organizational structure and communicating that structure allows us to provide clarity while also focusing our time and energy on the technology needs of the Georgia Southern, Armstrong, and Liberty campuses.
