Schedule of Migrations

In the early stages of the migration process, Migration Stakeholders were identified by Vice Presidents representing each division. These stakeholders have been engaged by the ITS Service & Delivery team to schedule migrations at a time that is convenient for the faculty and staff in each department. As these migrations are scheduled, departments, software, hardware, and applications are inventoried. The complete migration project for that department is then reflected on the migration calendar below.

Faculty & Staff Migrations

If you do not see your department reflected below, please check back–the calendar is updated after stakeholder and departmental meetings take place. For more detailed information, select “grid view” in the views section to the left of the calendar. Here you can view start date, end date, and user count for a given migration engagement.
