Email Policies

The purpose of this policy is to establish operational policies concerning email at Georgia Southern University.

Email Policy Addendum: Extending Faculty Access to email accounts – There are situations where faculty are transitioning to another institution but continue to be engaged in research or academic tasks important to the University. By extending access to an email account, we can facilitate continued communication and exchange of information with colleagues.

Email Policy Addendum: Alumni Email Usage Guidelines – Operational policy for the purpose of communicating information to Georgia Southern University alumni in regards to University news, events or programs.
