IT Services Upgrades and Updates May 21 – 24
IT Services will be conducting updates from
5:00pm on Friday, May 21, 2021
until 8:00am on Monday, May 24, 2021.
MyGeorgiaSouthern, Folio, and Google Apps
will not be affected during this downtime.
Affected Services
Armstrong and Liberty Campuses
University Networking will be performing maintenance on the wireless networks. This maintenance will take the wireless networks down for approximately 15 minutes while the system is updated.
Maintenance Period: 8:00am on Saturday, May 22 until noon on Saturday, May 22.
All Campuses
ApplicationXtender: University Applications will be performing maintenance on ApplicationXtender. During the maintenance period, this service will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 3:00pm on Sunday, May 23, until 4:00pm on Sunday, May 23.
Blackboard Analytics: University Applications will be performing maintenance on Blackboard Analytics. During the maintenance period, Blackboard Analytics will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 2:00pm on Sunday, May 23, until 3:00pm on Sunday, May 23.
Business Objects:
University Applications will be performing maintenance on Business Objects. During the maintenance period, Business Objects will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 9:00am on Sunday, May 23 until 5:00pm on Sunday, May 23.
EagleXpress and Quadpoint Point of Sale:
University Applications will be performing maintenance on EagleXpress and the Quadpoint Point of Sale systems. During the maintenance period, EagleXpress and the Quadpoint Point of Sale will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period:
6:00am on Sunday, May 23, until 8:00am on Sunday, May 23.
Pyramid Business Intelligence:
University Applications will be performing maintenance on Pyramid Business Intelligence. During the maintenance period, this service will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period:
2:00pm on Sunday, May 23, until 3:00pm on Sunday, May 23.
