IT Services Upgrades and Updates December 18 – 21
IT Services will be conducting updates from
5:00pm on Friday, December 18,
until 8:00am on Monday, December 21.
MyGeorgiaSouthern, Folio, and Google Apps
will not be affected during this downtime.
The Georgia Southern VPN will be unavailable from 6:00pm on Sunday, December 20, through 7:00pm on Sunday, December 20. It will be available at all other times throughout the weekend.

All Campuses
Banner and WINGS: The University System of Georgia IT Services will be performing maintenance on Banner and WINGS. During the maintenance period, Banner and Wings will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 10:00pm on Friday, December 18, until 7:00am on Saturday, December 19.
DegreeWorks: University Applications will be performing maintenance on a component of DegreeWorks. During the maintenance period, this service will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 5:00pm on Friday, December 18, until 11:59pm on Friday, December 18.
Virtual Private Network (VPN): University Networking will be updating virtual private networking (VPN) equipment supporting all campuses. The Georgia Southern VPN will not be available during the maintenance period.
Maintenance Period: 6:00pm on Sunday, December 20, until 7:00pm on Sunday, December 20.
Eaglexpress and Quadpoint Point of Sale: University Applications will be performing maintenance on Eaglexpress and the Quadpoint Point of Sale systems. During the maintenance period, Eaglexpress and the Quadpoint Point of Sale will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 6:00am on Sunday, December 20, until 8:00am on Sunday, December 20.
Business Objects: University Applications will be performing maintenance on Business Objects. During the maintenance period, Business Objects will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 9:00am on Sunday, December 20, until 5:00pm on Sunday, December 20.
Blackboard Analytics: University Applications will be performing maintenance on Blackboard Analytics. During the maintenance period, Blackboard Analytics will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 2:00pm on Sunday, December 20, until 3:00pm on Sunday, December 20.
Pyramid Business Intelligence: University Applications will be performing maintenance on Pyramid Business Intelligence. During the maintenance period, this service will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 2:00pm on Sunday, December 20, until 3:00pm on Sunday, December 20.
ApplicationXtender: University Applications will be performing maintenance on ApplicationXtender. During the maintenance period, this service will be unavailable.
Maintenance Period: 3:00pm on Sunday, December 20, until 4:00pm on Sunday, December 20.
Statesboro Campus
File Server Exchange:University Systems will be performing server exchanges on several servers. During the maintenance period, the following will be unavailable:

- eagle 104 files
- bprint
Armstrong Campus
Armstrong Recreation Center (ARC) Networking: University networking will be replacing a piece of networking equipment in the ARC. Network connectivity, including wifi, wired, phones, building controls/HVAC, and cameras, will be unavailable in the following during the maintenance period:

Armstrong/Liberty Campuses
Savannah Data Center: University networking will perform maintenance on the main campus networking equipment. The maintenance will affect the following:
