IT Services Upgrades and Updates February 1 – 4

IT Services will be conducting updates to several services on Friday, February 1, between 5:00pm and 11:59pm, and then again Sunday, February 3 beginning at 6:00am until 12:00am on Monday, February 4. No upgrades or updates will take place on Saturday, February 2.

MyGeorgiaSouthern, Folio, and Google Apps will not be affected during this downtime except on the Armstrong Campus during the networking equipment upgrade on Sunday morning, February 3.

Please note: Banner, WINGS (Student and Faculty Self Service), and XTender will remain available during the weekend.

The following service will be unavailable from 5:00pm on Friday, February 1, until 7:00pm on Friday, February 1:

  • Armstrong Campus Telephone services


The following service will be unavailable from 8:00am on Sunday, February 3, until 10:00am on Sunday, February 3:

  • Armstrong Internet Connectivity


ALL CAMPUSES:

The following service will be unavailable from 6:00am on Sunday, February 3, until 8:00am on Sunday, February 3:

  • Eaglexpress
  • Dining Plans
