Please join me in congratulating Ronnie Mehelic and John Franklin who were specially recognized from among more then 30 nominees for the IT Services Award this year.

There are many deserving of this award, but he is among the elite. IT Services and the University are lucky to have him.”

John’s service was described, “This guy is a Godsend, a wizard, and a drop of happiness all rolled up into one perfect IT Service employee. Always pleasant, upbeat, and cheerful, he can fix the most basic problem (my drink holder is broken) right up to helping me better understand memory leaks. My entire department is in awe of him and his ability to understand, explain, solve, and resolve whatever issues arise.”
