Faculty/Staff Self-Service Password Reset
Georgia Southern Faculty and Staff can now reset their own forgotten passwords without having to call the Service Desk.
If you ever forget your MyGeorgiaSouthern password you can now reset it without having to call the Service Desk. To use this feature, click “Forgot Password?” below the username and password boxes on the MyGeorgiaSouthern log-in screen. To reset your password, you will need to know the answers to your security questions.
You can then reset your password by following the instructions on this page:
To review your security questions and answers, go to Personal Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and choosing Personal Settings from the menu. Then select Change your Security Questions on the following page.
