Classroom Technology

As the central support office for classroom technology on campus, we offer several services in order to make the teaching and learning process better. We currently only deal with technology related to classrooms, including “Smart” classrooms that have a computer and projector.

Smart Classroom Search – Assigned to a classroom you’ve never even seen? Teaching somewhere for the first time and need to plan your lessons? This online inventory of all classrooms on campus is your one stop shop to find out what technology is available in a particular classroom.

Smart Classroom Standards

New construction and renovation – Our expertise in designing effective Smart facilities will contribute to all current and future construction projects where facilities are being renovated or newly constructed. This will ensure that facilities are built with Smart design and capable of cost effective upgrades in the future. This includes sitting on building construction committees, developing future-proof standards for installation, and calculating the cost of facilities at the planning phase so they are more likely not to be removed during the funding cycle.

Consultation and Recommendations – We’d love to help you design your Smart facility. If you are looking at equipping a room, let us know and we can help with the process from start to finish. We’ll assure you of the maximum effectiveness with the minimal price.
