Project Porfolio

The VP IT & CIO maintains an electronic portfolio of current and future IT projects.   The portfolio provides a context for prioritizing, planning, assigning resources, and tracking IT projects.  The portfolio is reviewed periodically by the President’s Cabinet and various IT governance committees.
