Department

Job title/position

Eagle ID

Name – Your name in OneUSG must be the same as it is on your social security card.

Supervisor – Enter a MyTech Help Ticket, please include Supervisor Name and Supervisor Employee ID and Employee Name and Employee ID

Work mail drop / PO Box

Update these by logging into OneUSG Self-Service:
