Convert Text to Columns in Google Sheets
Copying data into a Google Sheet used to make life difficult when that data needed to be split into separate columns. If you understand the Sheet functions for text manipulation you may be able to accomplish your goals but even so, it was time consuming.
Things are about to become easier, though, with Google’s announcement of a new feature for Google Sheets that makes splitting data into columns as easy as a few clicks.
